The EULA - 6 days before the enforcement

6 days left to make your server comply with the new changes to the EULA. How is the current situation? Let's take a look at the top ranked servers of some Server lists:

1st list: http://mc-serverlist.com/

1) Minevast:
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, with no explanation what is happaning after 1st of August.

2) Endercraft:
Server is still selling gameplay features and unbans for real money, with no explanation what is happaning after 1st of August.

3) HcRaid

2nd list: http://minecraft-server-list.com/

1) Desteria
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, stating "[...]that a legal advisor has and will handle all issues that may arise from it, so rest assured that your donations will not be affected."

2) Mineslam Network:
Server is still selling gameplay features and unbans for real money, with no explanation what is happaning after 1st of August.

3) Desiredcraft
Server is still selling gameplay features, having a blog post about how Mojang can't enforce the EULA in Germany, planning on having changes if it gets enforced, but breaking the new changes to the EULA already (by donor features bought before 1st of August donor-only).

3rd list: http://mcserverlist.info/

1) Mineplex:

2) Gomme HD

3) Cube Craft Games
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, stating "Everyone who has donated to the server will keep their ranks, and the donating system will still be running."

Other larger known Servers:

1) Hypixel

2) Playmindcrack
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, only message is Guude stating that they only will change it if Mojang is going to change the EULA directly.

3) The Hive
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, but started to change their system, but no explanation what is happaning after 1st of August.

4) Overcast Network
Server is still selling gameplay features for real money, stating that they are going to comply with the EULA soon.

Edit: Thanks to some users on Reddit, Overcast has stopped selling gameplay features. Apparently oc.tc is a "breath of fresh air".
Also, they never had a statement about the EULA. Thanks to MonsieurApple to clarify that, it was a mistake on my side.

...I don't know what to say. Some servers seem to accept the changes, but some just don't want to accept them. We'll do this again with the same Servers on August 2nd, and we'll see how it goes... But I don't expect peace.
